Maggie is one of those rare gems you can give a task to and know it will not only get done, but get done thoughtfully and exceptionally well. She asks all the right questions upfront, finds more efficient ways to approach the work, and brings an incredible energy and unwavering positivity to every project.

Maggie has worked with our team on numerous event setups and stylings, and she’s always our first call when we need someone who is willing to jump in, take ownership, and confidently manage the logistics. She’s dependable, resourceful, and someone I trust completely. She's an asset to every team she is on.

Maggie is truly one of the most dependable, and genuinely helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Her level of organization, attention to detail, and tenacity are unmatched. During the show, she was able to manage nearly 100 models and artists at once, coordinate countless moving pieces, and somehow still make sure my vision is understood and brought to life exactly as intended.

Beyond how capable she is professionally, Maggie is someone who truly cares about the people she works with and the quality of everything she puts her name behind. She consistently goes above and beyond and is the kind of person you can trust to get things done no matter how much is happening behind the scenes.

She is truly a gem and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to work with her.

My name is Valerie Teachout, and I am the Owner and Executive Producer of Extra Blonde Events. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Maggie Waldman both as an intern and as a Production Assistant, and I can confidently say she is years ahead of her time as an event producer and planner.

Maggie has become my second set of eyes on every event. She is incredibly attentive, punctual, organized, proactive, and always ready to step in wherever she is needed. Her attention to detail, work ethic, enthusiasm, kindness, and ability to anticipate what needs to happen next are qualities that are extremely difficult to teach. I would trust her 100% to step in and lead an event in my absence.

What impresses me most about Maggie is her genuine desire to continue learning and growing within this industry. She brings an incredible energy to every project and truly represents what the next generation of event professionals should be: hardworking, thoughtful, adaptable, creative, and eager to learn.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Maggie and to have her as part of my team. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, and I have no doubt that she has an amazing future ahead of her in the events industry.

Although Maggie was an intern when she helped me produce the Inaugural Ball for the Governor of Delaware, Matt Meyer, she to this day has been one of my best employees. I involved her in every part of the planning and production process. She was proactive, gave attention to detail, was easy to work with and the two biggest thing I look for in someone helping with a big production: she has discernment and taste, and I genuinely appreciated her input on decisions we made.
